With clinical knowledge as a registered nurse of many years and with extensive business management experience both within the Pulse Health Group. Wendy has a demonstrated history of better than forecast financial results and notable significant growth in
business development outcomes. Her responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer include:
- Clinical Knowledge and Support as required to the CEO
- Operational management overview and support across the group
- Operational Group level Contract Management
- Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Union negotiations
- Non financial compliance adherence ( Quality, legislative etc )
